Features

• Mainly application for soft tube filling and soft tube sealing at industries of medical, pharmaceutical, food, nutrition, cosmetic, adhesion agent etc., applicable for filling products from liquid condition to high viscosity fluid condition, and then complete the soft tube sealing.
• Working process: people manually insert the soft tube on cup base, then machine automatic turning to locate the color mark, automatic filling, ultrasonic wave sealing end of soft tube and code printing (code printing device is optional), automatic cut the end and trimming, automatic discharge.
• Running rectilinear by left side in and right side out.

• Soft tube mould is attached with electric eye controlling soft tube center positioning device, and complete the automatic positioning by photoelectric sensor. Simple and convenient to adjust or disassemble, especially suitable for users who need to produce multiple diameters of soft tube, its fast and convenient to adjust.
• Ultrasonic wave sealing device, making the operation simple, sealing reliable, changing diameter of soft tube don’t need to change the sealing mould.
