Features:

1. Tube filling and sealing machine is compact formed with automatic tube loading (better using it with elevator machine), and the transmission part is fully enclosed.

2. Tube loading, filling, heating, sealing, pressing batch number and date,cutting and tube unloading, all of these processes are controlled by full automatic operation system.

3. Tube loading is made by pneumatic way, accurately and reliably.

4. The rotating tube mould has tube center location device controlled by magic eyes, and automatically locate by light electricity sensing device.

Sealing method

7. Material contact part is manufactured by stainless steel316L, cleaning, sanitary and completely complying with GMP requirements.

8. Machine capacity is controlled and adjusted by frequency converter.

9. Servo motor controls filling, filling volume can be easily adjusted in the touch screen.

10. Plug-in fillling type fills the material from the bottom of tubes, which ensures less air mixing with the filling material and decreases the possibility of oxidation.

11. Tube filling quantity is controlled by adjusting handle wheel, convenient and speedy. Safety device is installed with the following characteristic: shutting down when open the machine door, no tube no filling, and overload protection.
