Model 1210 main features are, equipped with intelligent ink box, ink box has intelligent clip, it can judge if the installed ink is correct, prevent mistakes. Unique design can completely use the ink, without any residue, so to further realize idea of saving cost. Its needle partition design makes operator to inject ink no need by manual, so to prevent overflow and wastage.
Its integrated movement core put the key ink route system of printer to integrate as a module, for low using frequency work, only need to have ONCE preventive maintenance every 6000 hours or every 18 months. Countdown table at operation interface can display time to change movement core. Operation of changing movement core simple and convenient, its design can let user complete the change by themselves within 30 minutes, no need technician to change personally onsite.
Printer works under extremely diverse environment, so Videojet developed dynamic calibration function for series 1000 printer. Extreme hot or extreme cold environment will effect viscosity of ink, so to effect definition of character, effect jet code quality. Model 1210 jet head can automatic adjust according to environment change, no matter what conditions at present, it can keep consistency of the jet code quality. It means operator is not required to spend more time for manual adjusting.
Via USB interface to connect model 1210 jet code printer, its operation is very simple, its allowed to proceed hot plug and information backup. Fault examine and repair can be easily realized by operation interface shortcut key; through the popup window, it can help operator evaluate and solve problem.
