Injection wedge Heater (Heating rod), including electric heating and water recirculation

Our heating rod is better than normal type, with its structure upgraded and better material as heating carrier, it has longer shelf life, and better for even temperature heating comparing "front and back end" with "middle", more suitable for different thin or thick of melted gelatin liquid, so to finally let the softgel be easily cut.

All product contact parts and tubes on the softgel machine

Mostly a softgel machine require very high invest, definitely the service life is long too, but how to keep the softgel machine always to have same high performance and high precision as new one, its important for a factory maintenance and operation, so to change the key easy damage parts which are product contact parts, it will help largely. Like piston seal, medicine nipple etc.

Softgel die roll tooling

This is the tooling set that making the softgel output, its the center for final well shaped softgel and well encapsulated softgel. One set of such tooling is only for one softgel size and one formula only. Besides, because of its almost every day operation, the wear is serious. Even it has some time of service life, we suggest to do repairing or buy new set often, to keep the softgel good seal and save cost of raw material and operation.

Injection wedge

Its one part of the softgel die roll tooling set, but its more easier damaged than others like gear or distribution plate, its for fill content injection. We are providing its re-coating. But the factories prefer to buy new set, only the injection wedge, to have fill content injection more accurate and save largely the raw material cost.
