Re-Coating Injection Wedge

Injection wedge is easy to be abraded the coating layer after some time working, but the wedge body is still complete and good, to save cost, do the re-coating is a good idea. While if the wedge body has any abrasion, its suggested to make a new one.

Refurbish and Re-cutting Die Roll

The two die rollers, when they are not deep abraded, its good to do the refurbish and do re-cutting, make them complete new; while mostly die rollers are easily abraded too much, which is not suggested to do repair, its suggested to make a new set, and old one that abraded deeply can not be recycled as raw material of die roll again. Whether the rollers are abraded deeply or little, we have a data standard for user to measure by themself, so user can send us only the little abrasion rollers for repair, save courier cost.

Repair Softel main machine

Softgel main machine, no matter its manufactured from which country supplier like Japan, America, Canada, China, Korea etc., the principle is the same, but with different advantages on small detail or different marketing points, all of the softgel main machine after some years, their performance and precision will be effected, to finally effect the softgel encapsulation output.
