Before a way available to solve and make softgel encapsulated without any bubble, please check and find where the bubbles exists.

• If there are bubbles in fill content
• If there are bubbles at filling tube and the connectors that from piston pump filler to switch board
• If there are any bubbles after the injection wedge
• If the bubbles in the finished softgel are even distributed
• If most of the bubbles in a softgel are fixed distributed at front and back end
• If there are any bubbles in tube from switch board returning fill content to the material tank

These are the typical examples to find where the bubbles are, with the bubbles locations, then to adjust with each relevant ways. From the typical examples, we see its not too much related with the softgel die roll set generally. Only when all adjustments for each bubble location are complete and well done but bubbles still exist, it would be other reasons, like timing operation, softgel die roll set structure etc.
